Idaho Code § 19-2518 — Lien Of Judgment For Fine.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 25 JUDGMENT 19-2518. Lien of judgment for fine. A judgment that the defendant pay a fine, pay costs, or pay fine and costs, constitutes a lien in like manner as a judgment for money in a civil action.
