Idaho Code § 19-2512 — Pronouncement Of Judgment.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 25 JUDGMENT 19-2512. Pronouncement of judgment. If no sufficient cause is alleged or appears to the court why judgment should not be pronounced, it must thereupon be rendered.
