Idaho Code § 19-2409 — Arrest Without Motion.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 24 EXCEPTIONS — NEW TRIAL — ARREST OF JUDGMENT 19-2409. Arrest without motion. The court may also, on its own view of any of these defects, arrest the judgment without motion.
