Idaho Code § 19-2307 — Special Verdict, How Rendered.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 23 VERDICT 19-2307. Special verdict, how rendered. The special verdict must be reduced to writing by the jury, or in their presence entered upon the minutes of the court, read to the jury and agreed to by them, before they are discharged.
