Idaho Code § 19-2302 — Presence Of Defendant.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 23 VERDICT 19-2302. Presence of defendant. If indicted for a felony, the defendant must, before the verdict is received, appear in person. If for a misdemeanor, the verdict may be rendered in his absence.
