Idaho Code § 19-2135 — Absence Of Prosecuting Attorney — Appointment Of Substitute.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 21 TRIAL 19-2135. Absence of prosecuting attorney — Appointment of substitute. If the prosecuting attorney fails to attend the trial, the court must appoint some attorney at law to perform the duties of the prosecuting attorney on such trial.
