Idaho Code § 19-2119 — Discharge Of Jury For Want Of Jurisdiction — Offense Committed Out Of State.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 21 TRIAL 19-2119. Discharge of jury for want of jurisdiction — Offense committed out of state. If the jury is discharged because the court has not jurisdiction of the offense charged in the indictment, and it appears that it was committed out of the jurisdiction of this state, the defendant must be discharged.
