Idaho Code § 19-2109 — Discharge Equivalent To Acquittal.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 21 TRIAL 19-2109. Discharge equivalent to acquittal. The order mentioned in the last two (2) sections is an acquittal of the defendant discharged, and is a bar to another prosecution for the same offense.
