Idaho Code § 19-2103 — Argument To Jury.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 21 TRIAL 19-2103. Argument to jury. If the indictment is for an offense punishable with death, two (2) counsel on each side may argue the cause to the jury. If it is for any other offense, the court may, in its discretion, restrict the argument to one (1) counsel on each side.
