Idaho Code § 19-210 — Discharge Of Accused.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 2 PREVENTION OF PUBLIC OFFENSES 19-210. Discharge of accused. If it appears that there is no just reason to fear the commission of the offense alleged to have been threatened, the person complained of must be discharged.
