Idaho Code § 19-206 — Security To Keep Peace — Information Of Threatened Offense.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 2 PREVENTION OF PUBLIC OFFENSES 19-206. Security to keep peace — Information of threatened offense. An information may be laid before any magistrate that a person has threatened to commit an offense against the person or property of another.
