Idaho Code § 19-1810 — Removal On Application Of State — Order.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 18 REMOVAL OF ACTION BEFORE TRIAL 19-1810. Removal on application of state — Order. If the court is satisfied, from the facts set forth in such application and affidavit, that a fair and impartial trial cannot be had, an order must be made for the removal of the action to the proper court of a county free from a like objection.
