Idaho Code § 19-1709 — Resubmission Of Charge.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 17 PLEADINGS BY DEFENDANT 19-1709. Resubmission of charge. If the court directs that the case be resubmitted, the same proceedings must be had thereon as when the indictment is set aside on motion.
