Idaho Code § 19-1704 — Form Of Demurrer.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 17 PLEADINGS BY DEFENDANT 19-1704. Form of demurrer. The demurrer must be in writing, signed either by the defendant or his counsel, and filed. It must distinctly specify the grounds of objection to the indictment, or it must be disregarded.
