Idaho Code § 19-1302 — Filing And Endorsement Of Information.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 13 INFORMATION AND PROCEEDINGS THEREON 19-1302. Filing and endorsement of information. All informations shall be filed in the court having jurisdiction of the offense specified therein by the prosecuting attorney as informant to which he shall subscribe his name.
