Idaho Code § 19-1207 — Proceedings Of Magistrate.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 12 PRESENTMENT AND PROCEEDINGS THEREON 19-1207. Proceedings of magistrate. The magistrate, when the defendant is brought before him, must proceed upon the charges contained in the presentment, in the same manner as upon a warrant of arrest on an information.
