Idaho Code § 19-1202 — Must Be Presented To Court.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 12 PRESENTMENT AND PROCEEDINGS THEREON 19-1202. Must be presented to court. The presentment, when found, must be presented by the foreman, in presence of the grand jury, to the court, and must be filed with the clerk.
