Idaho Code § 19-1103 — Indictment Defined.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 11 POWERS AND DUTIES OF GRAND JURY 19-1103. Indictment defined. An indictment is an accusation in writing, presented by the grand jury to a competent court, charging a person with a public offense.
