Idaho Code § 19-1102 — Presentment Defined.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 11 POWERS AND DUTIES OF GRAND JURY 19-1102. Presentment defined. A presentment is a formal statement in writing, by the grand jury, representing to the court that a public offense has been committed which is triable in the county, and that there is reasonable ground for believing that a particular individual named or described therein has committed it.
