Idaho Code § 19-1017 — Special Grand Jury — Execution And Return Of Order.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 10 FORMATION OF GRAND JURY 19-1017. Special grand jury — Execution and return of order. The sheriff must execute the order and return it, with a list of names of the persons summoned.
