Idaho Code § 18-913 — Felonious Administering Of Drugs Defined.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 9 ASSAULT AND BATTERY 18-913. Felonious administering of drugs defined. Any person who administers, aids in administering or orders the administering to another any chloroform, ether, laudanum or other narcotic, anaesthetic or intoxicating agent, with intent to enable or assist himself or any other person to commit a felony, is guilty of felonious administering of drugs.
