Idaho Code § 18-8710 — Construction.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 87 NO PUBLIC FUNDS FOR ABORTION ACT 18-8710. construction. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as creating or recognizing a right to abortion. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as creating or recognizing a right to federal or state funds for abortion.
