Idaho Code § 18-8610 — Human Labor Trafficking Of A Child.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 86 HUMAN TRAFFICKING 18-8610. human labor trafficking of a child. A person commits the felony of human labor trafficking of a child if the person knowingly: (1)  Traffics a child with the intent that the trafficked child engage in forced labor or services; or (2)  Receives any benefit from participating in a venture that involves an activity described in subsection (1) of this section, including by receiving labor or services the person knows are forced labor or services.
