Idaho Code § 18-7023 — Destroying Mining And Water Right Notices.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 70 TRESPASS AND MALICIOUS INJURIES TO PROPERTY 18-7023. Destroying mining and water right notices. Every person who intentionally defaces, obliterates, tears down or destroys any notice posted on any lode or placer mining claim, or ditch, or water right, or location, or who removes, takes down or destroys any post or monument erected or placed to mark or indicate any such claim, right or location, or any part or boundary thereof, or part thereon, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
