Idaho Code § 18-7009 — Destruction Of Timber On State Lands.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 70 TRESPASS AND MALICIOUS INJURIES TO PROPERTY 18-7009. Destruction of timber on state lands. Every person who wilfully and without authority enters upon the public lands of the state and cuts down, destroys or injures any kind of wood or timber, standing or growing upon such lands, or who wilfully and without authority carries away any kind of wood or timber lying on such lands, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
