Idaho Code § 18-7005 — Damage To Forage On Public Lands From Throwing Away Or Leaving Lighted Substances.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 70 TRESPASS AND MALICIOUS INJURIES TO PROPERTY 18-7005. Damage to forage on public lands from throwing away or leaving lighted substances. Any person who shall throw any lighted cigarette, cigar, match, ashes, or other flaming or glowing substance or any substance or thing which may cause a fire, from any vehicle, or who shall throw, deposit, or leave any lighted cigarette, cigar, match, ashes or other flaming or glowing substance or any substance or thing which may cause a fire in any place where the same may directly or indirectly cause a fire resulting in damage to forage on the lands of the United States or the state of Idaho or to the property of any person, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished accordingly.
