Idaho Code § 18-7004 — Firing Timber Or Prairie Lands.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 70 TRESPASS AND MALICIOUS INJURIES TO PROPERTY 18-7004. Firing timber or prairie lands. Any person who shall wilfully or carelessly set on fire, or cause to be set on fire, any timber or prairie lands in this state, thereby destroying the timber, grass or grain on any such lands, or any person who shall build a camp fire in any woods, or on any prairie, and leave the same without totally extinguishing such fire, or any railway company which shall permit any fire to spread from its right-of-way to the adjoining lands, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
