Idaho Code § 18-6806 — Relinquishment Of Telephone Line For Emergency Messages.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 68 TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE AND ELECTRIC LINES 18-6806. Relinquishment of telephone line for emergency messages. Any person using a telephone line by which use restricts or denies use of such line by other persons shall relinquish the use of such line to any other person requesting the use of such line for emergency messages.
