Idaho Code § 18-6712 — Place Of Offense.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 67 COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY 18-6712. Place of offense. Any offense committed by use of a telephone as provided by this chapter may be deemed to have been committed at either the place at which the telephone call or calls were made or at the place where the telephone call or calls were received.
