Idaho Code § 18-6106 — Restitution To Victim.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 61 RAPE 18-6106. Restitution to victim. Persons convicted of offenses covered under this chapter may be ordered by the court to provide restitution to the victim for specific costs incurred by the victim as a result of injury or loss caused by the criminal act.
