Idaho Code § 18-5609 — Inducing A Child Into Commercial Sexual Activity — Penalties.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 56 COMMERCIAL SEXUAL ACTIVITY 18-5609. Inducing a child into commercial sexual activity — Penalties. Every person who induces or attempts to induce a child to engage in commercial sexual activity shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment in the state penitentiary for a period of not less than two (2) years, which may be extended to life imprisonment, or by a fine not exceeding fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
