Idaho Code § 18-5501 — Poisoning Food, Medicine Or Wells.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 55 POISONINGS — DENATURED ALCOHOL 18-5501. Poisoning food, medicine or wells. Every person who wilfully mingles any poison with any food, drink or medicine, with intent that the same shall be taken by any human being, to his injury, and every person who wilfully poisons any spring, well, or reservoir of water, is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for a term of not less than one (1) nor more than ten (10) years.
