Idaho Code § 18-5415 — False Report Of Child Abuse, Abandonment, Or Neglect.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 54 PERJURY AND SUBORNATION OF PERJURY 18-5415. false report of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect. Any person who intentionally and willfully makes a report of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect to a law enforcement agency or the department of health and welfare knowing such report to be false shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
