Idaho Code § 18-5410 — Subornation Of Perjury.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 54 PERJURY AND SUBORNATION OF PERJURY 18-5410. Subornation of perjury. Every person who wilfully procures another person to commit perjury is guilty of subornation of perjury, and is punishable in the same manner as he would be if personally guilty of the perjury so procured.
