TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 54 PERJURY AND SUBORNATION OF PERJURY 18-5403. Oath of office — Portion relating to future duties not included. So much of an oath of office as relates to the future performance of official duties is not such an oath as is intended by the two (2) preceding sections.
