Idaho Code § 18-4622 — Stealing Electric Current — Accessories Liable As Principals.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 46 LARCENY AND RECEIVING STOLEN GOODS 18-4622. Stealing electric current — Accessories liable as principals. Any person or persons aiding, abetting or counseling the acts, or any of them, mentioned in the preceding section, shall, upon conviction thereof, be equally guilty with the principals and subject to the same penalties.
