Idaho Code § 18-4620 — Stealing Rides — Punishment.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 46 LARCENY AND RECEIVING STOLEN GOODS 18-4620. Stealing rides — Punishment. Every person who shall be convicted of a violation of any of the offenses mentioned in section 18-4617 shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding thirty days, or by a fine of not more than $60.00, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
