Idaho Code § 18-4115 — Partial Invalidity — Severability.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 41 INDECENCY AND OBSCENITY 18-4115. Partial invalidity — Severability. If any phrase, clause, sentence, section, or provision of this act or application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other phrase, clause, sentence, section, provision, or application of this act which can be given effect without the invalid phrase, clause, sentence, section, provision, or application and to this end the provisions of this act are declared to be severable.
