Idaho Code § 18-3616 — Forged And Counterfeit Trade-Marks Defined.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 36 FORGERY AND COUNTERFEITING 18-3616. Forged and counterfeit trade-marks defined. The phrases "forged trade-mark" and "counterfeited trade-marks," or their equivalents, as used in this chapter include every alteration or imitation of any trade-mark so resembling the original as to be likely to deceive.
