Idaho Code § 18-3615 — Sale Of Counterfeit Goods.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 36 FORGERY AND COUNTERFEITING 18-3615. Sale of counterfeit goods. Every person who sells or keeps for sale any goods upon or to which any counterfeited trade-mark has been affixed, intending to represent such goods as the genuine goods of another, knowing the same to be counterfeited, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
