Idaho Code § 18-3602 — False Entries In Books Of Record.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 36 FORGERY AND COUNTERFEITING 18-3602. False entries in books of record. Every person who, with intent to defraud another, makes, forges, or alters any entry in any book of records, or any instrument purporting to be any record or return specified in the preceding section, is guilty of forgery.
