Idaho Code § 18-3311 — Keeping Gunpowder Or Other Explosives In Towns.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 33 FIREARMS, EXPLOSIVES AND OTHER DEADLY WEAPONS 18-3311. Keeping gunpowder or other explosives in towns. Every person who makes or keeps gunpowder, nitroglycerin, or other highly explosive substance, within any city or town, or who carries the same through the streets thereof, in any quantity or manner prohibited by law, or by any ordinance of such city or town, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
