Idaho Code § 18-3127 — Receiving Or Possessing Fraudulently Obtained Goods Or Services.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 31 FALSE PRETENSES, CHEATS AND MISREPRESENTATIONS 18-3127. Receiving or possessing fraudulently obtained goods or services. It is unlawful for any person to receive, retain, conceal, possess or dispose of personal property, cash or other representative of value, who knows or has reason to believe the property, cash or other representative of value has been obtained by fraud as set forth in sections 18-3123 , 18-3124 , 18-3125A and 18-3126 , Idaho Code.
