Idaho Code § 18-1517A — Hiring, Employing, Etc., Minor To Engage In Certain Acts — Penalty.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 15 CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE ADULTS 18-1517A. Hiring, employing, etc., minor to engage in certain acts — Penalty. Every person who, with knowledge that a person is a minor under eighteen (18) years of age, or who, while in the possession of such facts that he should reasonably know that such person is a minor under eighteen (18) years of age, hires, employs, or uses such minor to do or assist in doing any of the acts described in section 18-4103 , Idaho Code, is guilty of a misdemeanor. If such person has previously been convicted of a violation of this section he shall be guilty of a felony.
