Idaho Code § 18-1362 — Cause Of Action.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 13 BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION 18-1362. Cause of action. A prosecuting attorney or the attorney general may bring an action in the district court of the county in which a public servant resides to enjoin a violation of the provisions of this chapter and to require the public servant to make restitution to the government of any pecuniary gain obtained. The prevailing party shall be awarded his costs and reasonable attorney fees.
