Idaho Code § 18-1354 — Compensation For Past Official Behavior.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 13 BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION 18-1354. Compensation for past official behavior. A person commits a misdemeanor if he solicits, accepts, or agrees to accept any pecuniary benefit as compensation for having as public servant, given a decision, opinion, recommendation or vote favorable to another, or for having otherwise exercised a discretion in his favor, or for having violated his duty. A person commits a misdemeanor if he offers, confers or agrees to confer, compensation, acceptance of which is prohibited by this section.
