Idaho Code § 18-1104 — Marrying Spouse Of Another.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 11 BIGAMY AND POLYGAMY 18-1104. Marrying spouse of another. Every person who knowingly and wilfully marries the husband or wife of another, in any case in which such husband or wife would be punishable under the provisions of this chapter, is punishable by fine not less than $2,000, or by imprisonment in the state prison not exceeding three (3) years.
