Idaho Code § 18-1101 — Bigamy Defined.
TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 11 BIGAMY AND POLYGAMY 18-1101. Bigamy defined. Every person having a husband or wife living, who marries any other person, except in the cases specified in the next section, is guilty of bigamy.
