Idaho Code § 16-2106 — Financial Responsibility Of Parents And Guardians Of Estate.
TITLE 16 JUVENILE PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 21 INTERSTATE COMPACT ON THE PLACEMENT OF CHILDREN 16-2106. Financial responsibility of parents and guardians of estate. The compact administrator shall take appropriate action to effect the recovery from relevant parents or guardians of estate, at the option of said administrator, of any and all costs expended by the state, or any of its subdivisions, with respect to Idaho children handled under said compact.
