Idaho Code § 16-2105 — Financial Arrangements.
TITLE 16 JUVENILE PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 21 INTERSTATE COMPACT ON THE PLACEMENT OF CHILDREN 16-2105. Financial arrangements. The compact administrator, subject to the approval of the board of examiners, may make or arrange for any payments necessary to discharge any financial obligations imposed upon this state by the compact or by any supplementary agreement entered into thereunder.
